Order Acceptance
Orders placed by Customer are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by Anticipation Maternity, subject to stock availability. Charges for merchandise will be incurred when items are shipped. All orders are due to ship within 48 hours of receipt, subject to stock availability.

Customer Account, Password and Security
You will create a password and account upon completing the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to logout of your account upon completion of your transactions and/or session on the site to ensure proper security of your account information. You agree to immediately notify Anticipation Maternity of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. Anticipation Maternity will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to comply.

Registration Obligations
Customers must be registered merchants of legal age to form a binding contract and are not barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. Customers agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about your account and (b) maintain and promptly update the Customer Account Information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Anticipation Maternity has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Anticipation Maternity has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service (or any portion thereof).
